In this podcast, "The Feds Should Get Out of the Retirement Fund Management Business," Rich Warner explains why the Treasury department should hire a third party fund management firm like Vanguard or Fidelity to oversee the social security trust fund. Rich Warner explains that the average annual total returns generated by a portfolio of U.S. Treasury bonds is simply not going to cut it. With yields as low as 1.75% today - less than the rate of inflation - there is no way that the money inside America's social security trust account account can generate positive real returns over time. There has to be a better way.

In this podcast, Rich Warner of WealthMaxBuilder.com reviews the financial advice of Robert Kiyosaki, famous author of the bestseller Rich Dad, Poor Dad.  Some of Kiyosaki's out-of-the-box advice is eye-opening indeed - but some of it is misleading and warrants caution. Rich Warner tries to separate the chaff from the wheat, so to speak, in this lively and highly educational podcast on personal finance and investing.

In this podcast, Rich Warner of WealthMaxBuilder.com reviews Garrett Gunderson's latest book What Would the Rockefellers Do?  Garrett Gunderson is the co-author of "Killing Sacred Cows," a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller. Does the investment strategy outlined in Gunderson's latest book make sense? Is it really a wealth creation strategy, or a wealth transfer strategy?  Could Gunderson in fact be steering everyday investors away from better approaches to creating wealth, like long-term passive index fund investing?  Find out why Gunderson dismisses qualified retirement accounts like Roth IRAs and 401Ks, and why Warner disagrees.
